Who we are

Oath Cleaning is operated by Karolina Terra, doing business as Oath Cleaning ("Oath", "we", "us"). By requesting an estimate, booking a visit or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Services

Oath Cleaning provides residential cleaning in the areas listed on this site. We send your estimate after reviewing your home details, photos or a walkthrough. Your price is confirmed before your first visit.

Home Profile

On your first visit we write your Home Profile: the checklist, preferences, access details and notes for your home. Every visit follows it. Tell us when something changes and we update it.

Price changes on arrival

If the condition of the home differs from the photos or description, we tell you the new price before we start. You decide whether we proceed.

Packages and payment

Packages are paid as stated in your package agreement. Single visits are paid after each visit. We send payment instructions with your confirmation.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Reschedule or cancel a visit at no charge with 48 hours notice by text or phone. Late cancellations and lockouts are charged 50% of the visit price.

100% satisfaction guarantee

If an area on your Home Profile does not meet your standard, tell us within 24 hours of your visit. We come back and make it right at no extra cost. The guarantee covers the areas included in the service you booked.

Add-ons

Laundry, dishwasher, bed linens, toy pickup and other requests are add-ons. Ask for them when you book or text us before your visit.

What we do not clean

We do not move heavy furniture, clean biohazards or hazardous materials, perform mold remediation, or work above a 2-step ladder.

Age requirement (18+)

You must be 18 years or older to book our services or to opt in to our text messages. By using this site, submitting a form or opting in to texts, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
